Ramil Usubov, Secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan, visited the monument to Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, located in Heydar Aliyev Park in central Tbilisi, AzVision.az reports.
Usubov paid his respects by laying a wreath at the monument. He was accompanied by Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia Faig Guliyev and other officials.
In a separate gesture of respect, Usubov also visited Heroes' Square in Tbilisi and laid a wreath at the monument honoring those who died defending Georgia's territorial integrity.
