Armenia and European Union sign Eurojust agreement

On Friday, Armenia and the European Union (EU) signed a cooperation agreement with the EU Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust). The signing ceremony took place in Brussels, AzVision.az reports.

The agreement was signed by Ararat Mirzoyan, Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Didier Reynders, EU Commissioner for Justice, and Paul Van Tigchelt, Belgian Minister of Justice.

Also in Brussels on the same day, a tripartite meeting was held between Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Armenia, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, and Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State. Prior to the meeting, statements were delivered by the participants along with Josep Borrell, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
