It was reported when the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, received the Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building in Asia, Kairat Sarybay, on April 17.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude to all the member countries, including Kazakhstan, during the transition of the chairmanship of the Council on Interaction and Confidence Building in Asia to Azerbaijan.
The Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) is a multi-national forum for enhancing cooperation towards promoting peace, security, and stability in Asia.
