Supreme courts of Azerbaijan and Algeria ink MoU on cooperation

The supreme courts of Azerbaijan and Algeria embarked on cooperation, AzVision.az reports citing the press service of the Azerbaijani Supreme Court.

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, Inam Karimov, visited Algeria. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Court of Algeria, he participated in the international conference attended by the chiefs of justice and official representatives of the supreme courts of different countries. In his speech, Karimov said that digitization in the judicial field in Azerbaijan is one of the priority directions of state policy.

He met with Tahar Mamouni, the First President of the Supreme Court of Algeria, and a memorandum of understanding was signed between the supreme courts of Azerbaijan and Algeria to expand cooperation and deepen relations.
