Baku Initiative Group and French Polynesian Tavini Huiraatira Party view cooperation flair

Baku Initiative Group and Tavini Huiraatira Party of French Polynesia have widely discussed ways to further develop cooperation during a meeting held at the group's headquarters, AzVision.az reports.

The parties also discussed ways to continue practical activities in various fields.

The meeting once again emphasized the importance of the memorandum of cooperation signed between the parties during the conference "Decolonization Path: Consequences of Assimilation and its Impact on the Realization of Human Rights," held on April 30 this year at the UN Office in Vienna.

Moreover, Azerbaijan's role in the fight against colonialism was highly praised.

The delegation from French Polynesia once again expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for the support provided to countries during the decolonization process.

The Initiative Group's Executive Director Abbas Abbasov pointed out that his organization will continue to support the fair struggle of peoples seeking liberation from colonialism.
