President Ilham Aliyev approves memorandum signed with Kyrgyzstan in sphere of public services

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the "Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic on the promotion of public service centers in the Kyrgyz Republic," AzVision.az reports.

According to the decree, the "Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic on the promotion of public service centers in the Kyrgyz Republic" signed on April 24, 2024, in Baku was approved.

Following the entry into force of this Memorandum of Understanding, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan should ensure the implementation of its provisions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs should send the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic notification of the fulfillment of the domestic procedures necessary for the Memorandum of Understanding to enter into force.
