Earthquake hits Russian-Azerbaijani border

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 has occurred on the Russian-Azerbaijani border. 

The tremors were recorded at 4:11 a.m. (Baku time) on June 27, AzVision.az reports citing the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre.

The epicentre was located 51 km south of Derbent.

The source was at a depth of 44 km.
