Jean-Jacob Bisep, a representative of the People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe, expressed his gratitude during his speech at the Congress saying that this first congress with the participation of so many political parties and independence movements is a sign of high attention to cooperation, AzVision.az reports.
He further elaborated that since 2021, Azerbaijan has organized numerous events to combat colonialism, not only in Baku but also in New York, Geneva, and other cities.
Bisep also thanked the government of Azerbaijan for organizing the event and creating an international platform to combat the colonial policy.
