Armenia rejects Azerbaijani pressure on Constitutional amendment

Armenia has firmly stated that it will not amend its constitution in response to demands from Azerbaijan.

Gevorg Papoyan, Deputy Chairman of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's party and Armenian Economy Minister, made the declaration during a briefing, Caliber.Az  reports citing Russian media.

Papoyan emphasized that any constitutional changes in Armenia can only be made through the decision of its own citizens, not at the behest of other countries. He highlighted that Armenia's constitution is a matter of domestic concern and will not be adjusted based on external pressures or requests.
