“The Human Development Day will be hosted within the COP29. So, the event on the human development, irrigation and youth will be held with the involvement of all parties,” said Mukhtar Babayev, COP29 President-Designate, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, as he addressed “TROIKA Roadmap to Mission 1.5: Enhancing International Cooperation” event themed “Enhance Ambition and Enable Action” in Baku on Thursday.
“The adaptation is an essential pillar for enhancing and accelerating our activities globally. COP29 gives us the opportunity to expand our activities.
As COP29 Presidency, we host Trio meetings, trying to create synergy and implement the results.
The path ahead is not easy, but decisive steps will enable us to realize our ambitions and ultimately build a sustainable future,” Mukhtar Babayev added.
