Azerbaijani rowers delivered an outstanding performance at the International Mingachevir Regatta 2024, securing a total of 24 medals.
On the final day of the competition, Azerbaijani athletes claimed 13 medals, including three golds, six silvers, and four bronzes. Notable victories came from the pairs of Azer Ilyasov-Tunar Mammadzade and Nurlan Pashayev-Jahangir Mammadli, who won gold in the 1500m race. Additionally, the duo of Giyas Ahmadov-Subhan Hasanov finished first in the men's kayak double 200m event, clocking the fastest time ahead of their rivals.
