The media representatives visited Friday the Baku Olympic Stadium to familiarize themselves with the ongoing preparations for COP29.
The media tour was attended by Anar Alakbarov, Assistant to the President, Narmin Jarchalova, Member of COP29 Organizing Committee, Chairperson of the COP29 Management Board of the COP29 Operating Company, Chief Operating Officer for COP29 Azerbaijan, as well as heads of media outlets and journalists.
The participants were informed about the preparations for the COP29 venue. Media representatives also reviewed the construction and installation works carried out in the area.
They were also briefed on the preparations for the World Leaders' Climate Action Summit, which will take place on the first days of the COP29 conference.
The participants then responded to questions from media representatives.
