Hikmat Hajiyev: Recent increase in number of television and radio channels in Azerbaijan positive trend

The recent increase in the number of radio channels and the creation of new television channels in Azerbaijan are positive trends, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said on X, AzVision.az reports.

“Today, November 6, is celebrated as the Day of Azerbaijan Television and Radio as a professional holiday of television and radio workers. I convey my sincere congratulations to the Television and Radio Workers on the occasion of their professional holiday.

Radio programs have started to be broadcast in Azerbaijan for the first time on November 6, 1926.

Baku Television Studio went on the air for the first time on February 14, 1956,” the post reads.

Bu gün - noyabrın 6-sı Azərbaycan Televiziyası və Radiosu Günü olaraq televiziya və radio işçilərinin peşə bayramı kimi qeyd edilir.

Peşə bayramı münasibətilə Televiziya və Radio İşçilərinə ən səmimi təbriklərimi çatdırıram.
