COP29 President discuss expansion of climate financing with UN Secretary General

COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev discussed expanding climate finance with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, stated on the COP29 page on X, AzVision.az reports.

On the first day of COP29 in Baku, a meeting was held between COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev and UN Secretary-General António Guterres.

Discussions focused on scaling up climate finance, enhancing adaptation efforts and encouraging international cooperation for a more sustainable future.
