Aghsu district resident Ahmadov Tahir (1985) has been detained in an operation conducted by the Ministry of National Security.
Latest investigations have made it clear that he went to Syria in 2014 and stayed there for three months.
A criminal case under Article 279 (creation of armed formations or groups, which are not provided by the legislation) has been opened against him.
He is sentenced to pretrial detention under the court decision. Investigation into the fact is underway.
