This was announced at a meeting of Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission on Wednesday, AzVision.az reports.
According to the Electoral Code, municipal elections are appointed by the Central Election Commission, and the relevant decision is officially published no later than 60 days before the voting day. Municipal elections are held every 5 years. The last municipal elections were held in 2019.
