Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov was received by Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić on Monday during his working visit to Serbia.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two hailed the strategic partnership between their countries and emphasized the importance of high-level reciprocal visits.
The meeting focused on bilateral strategic relations and regional security issues.
Both parties commended the consistent mutual support for each other’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
President Vučić congratulated Azerbaijan on its successful hosting of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) and recalled with pleasure his meeting with President Ilham Aliyev during the event.
The discussion also covered bilateral and regional matters of mutual interest.
