A delegation from St Petersburg led by city Governor Georgy Poltavchenko (Russian Federation) will make an official visit to Azerbaijan from 30 September to 2 October.
The governor is scheduled to meet with the Azerbaijani president and first deputy prime minister to discuss a wide range of bilateral issues, the Smolny press service said.
