On January 15, a total of 28 families, comprising 135 individuals, were relocated to the city of Khojaly, Ballija village in Khojaly district, and the city of Shusha. They were presented with the keys to their new homes.
The key handover ceremony was attended by representatives from the Special Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi, and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, as well as officials from the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
To date, 68 families have been relocated to Ballija village in Khojaly district, and 52 families have been resettled in the city of Khojaly. The relocation process will continue gradually into 2025.
