ahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis, met with Belarusian Ambassador Andrei Ravkov on Friday, marking the completion of the ambassador's diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, Sahiba Gafarova hailed Andrei Ravkov’s fruitful efforts to further bolster relations between the two countries.
Noting that relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus cover all areas and are based on the principles of friendship, the sides emphasized the crucial role of high-level relations between the heads of state of the two countries in evolving these ties. The role of the parliaments in further deepening and expanding these relations was also highlighted.
Andrei Ravkov expressed his gratitude for the attention and support provided during his tenure in Azerbaijan, and expressed optimism about further developing relations between the two nations.
