"“The modern multipolar world can contribute significantly to maintaining global balance and ensuring the sovereign rights of the states even though it will not address all our challenges. In this vein, Belarus sees the parliamentary diplomacy as one of the major tools,” said Natalya Kochanova, Speaker of the Republic Council of the National Assembly of Belarus, during the 15th plenary session of the APA in Baku.
“If our young people will maintain friendly relations, our countries will do the same,” Kachanova noted.
The speaker also underscored the role of the youth in the development of society, describing the young people as a strategic resource of any country.
