Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry has confirmed the successful conclusion of negotiations on the draft Agreement on Peace and the Establishment of Interstate Relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
In an official statement, the ministry reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s stance that the removal of territorial claims from Armenia’s constitution remains a key condition for signing the agreement. Additionally, Azerbaijan called for the formal dissolution of the Minsk Group and related OSCE structures, which it deems outdated and ineffective.
The statement also underscored Azerbaijan’s commitment to continued bilateral dialogue to advance the normalization process and address outstanding issues between the two nations.
