Saudi Arabia welcomes conclusion of Azerbaijan-Armenia peace treaty talks

Saudi Arabia welcomes conclusion of Azerbaijan-Armenia peace treaty talks

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has welcomed the successful conclusion of negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, leading to a peace agreement, AzVision.az reports, citing Asharq Al-Awsat.

“The Kingdom hopes the agreement will usher in a new era of stability and prosperity,” the ministry said in a statement issued Friday.

The ministry “reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s support for all efforts aimed at promoting international security and stability while fostering conditions conducive to development and prosperity.”
