The traditional "World Cuisine" competition was held as part of the tree-planting campaign at the Berzengi sanatorium of Turkmenistan.
Organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the event brought together diplomatic representatives of various countries and international organizations.
Azerbaijan was represented at the event by the country’s Embassy in Turkmenistan. The Azerbaijani pavilion showcased samples of national cuisine, ancient customs and traditions, decorative and applied arts, as well as the key attributes of Novruz holiday.
The event participants showed great interest in Azerbaijani culture, with guests enjoying samples of the national cuisine.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov also familiarized himself with the Azerbaijani pavilion, along with the country's officials.
The Azerbaijani Embassy was presented with a certificate for its active participation in the event.
The Representatives of the Azerbaijani Embassy highlighted the shared values of the Novruz celebration, emphasizing that this holiday is an embodiment of peace, friendship, and unity.
