“The participation of my dear brothers – the President of Türkiye and the Prime Minister of Pakistan – in today’s celebrations is a powerful show of support and solidarity. It has helped shape an entirely new reality on the global stage. Our strength lies in our unity,” said President Ilham Aliyev during his speech in the city of Lachin, ahead of a concert marking Azerbaijan’s Independence Day on May 28.
President Aliyev stressed the importance of the trilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Pakistan: “Today, we reaffirmed our unity in a trilateral format. The songs performed at tonight’s concert will reflect that unity and showcase the richness of our cultures. I am confident that the messages delivered today from a liberated Lachin, by our three nations, will reach their intended audience,” he stated.
