From June 23 to 29, Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) carried out mine-clearance operations in the districts of Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khankendi, Khojavend, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan.
According to ANAMA, a total of 85 anti-personnel mines, 18 anti-tank mines, and 524 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were discovered and neutralized during the operations.
The agency also reported that an area totaling 1,350.8 hectares was cleared of mines and UXOs during the reporting period.
