Mutvali said that officers of Russia’s Federal Security Service detained both him and his father. He was later released, while Shikhlinski was taken to the Investigative Committee.
He currently remains under witness status.

Shahin Shikhlinski, head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Russia’s Yekaterinburg, who was detained earlier, is being questioned as a witness by the Investigative Committee in Russia’s Sverdlovsk region, his son Mutvali said, AzVision.az reports.
