Avazov made this statement during a press conference held at the Prosecutor General's Office on July 2 regarding the opening of a criminal case related to Azerbaijanis murdered in Russia.
According to him, the appeal requested the competent authorities of Russia to conduct appropriate investigative actions: "We have also requested Russia to conduct relevant examinations and general inspections."
Avazov emphasized that Azerbaijan hopes the Russian side will begin more rapid investigation and inquiry actions.
