President Ilham Aliyev approves two MoUs signed between Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia

President Ilham Aliyev approves two MoUs signed between Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia

The "Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of plant protection and quarantine between the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture of Saudi Arabia" has been approved, AzVision.az reports.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed the Law regarding this.

The mentioned MoU was signed in Riyadh on April 28, 2025.

With another Law signed by the head of state, the "Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan and the General Transport Authority of Saudi Arabia on mutual recognition of certificates under Regulation I/10 of the 'International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978' (with annexes)" has been approved.

This document was also signed in Riyadh on April 28, 2025.
