According to Minister Bayramov, it is essential to hold a referendum and take steps to abolish institutions related to the Minsk Process - including the Minsk Group - which have lost relevance and effectively ceased to exist.
The minister also noted that he briefed Maka Botchorishvili on the ongoing reconstruction efforts in the liberated territories and the process of returning internally displaced persons (IDPs) to their ancestral lands, stressing that landmines remain the main obstacle to ensuring their safe return.
