President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on additional measures for the reconstruction and restoration of the power distribution network of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
According to the order, an Action Plan for the “Reconstruction and Restoration of the Power Distribution Network of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2026–2030” will be approved to ensure network stability, further develop infrastructure, and improve the efficiency and quality of energy supply to consumers.
"Azerishig" Open Joint Stock Company has been tasked with implementing the measures outlined in the Action Plan and is required to submit an annual progress report to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to ensure the allocation of the necessary financial resources in future state budget drafts to fund the Action Plan, as well as to address other matters arising from the execution of the order.
