Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan hold a key geostrategic position connecting East with West and North with South, President Ilham Aliyev said during a high-level meeting between Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan in Turkmenbashi.
