He added that this visit confirms that Azerbaijan is recognized in the world as a reliable strategic partner: "The signing of a joint declaration between Azerbaijan and Armenia is an event inscribed in the history of our country. This document is the result of strategic thinking and far-sighted policy of President Ilham Aliyev."
Mustafayev added that the agreements on opening communications in the region are of great importance.
"According to the signed document, the parties once again confirmed the importance of opening intraregional and international communications between Azerbaijan and Armenia," the deputy prime minister emphasized.
