“China and Azerbaijan made a critical historical contribution to the Victory in World War II,” said Lu Mei, Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan, at a briefing dedicated to the outcomes of President Ilham Aliyev’s recent visit to China.
“Both countries are major forces in defending multilateralism, international equality, and justice,” the ambassador stressed.
Ambassador Lu Mei underlined that “the Chinese people made significant contributions to the salvation of human civilization and the preservation of world peace at the expense of enormous sacrifices.”
