Pakistan's Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, has declared the nation's experience at the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-25) in Baku "absolutely phenomenal," highlighting the deep bond between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
Speaking at the event, the Minister warmly congratulated the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport for hosting a "delightful" conference, emphasising that for Pakistan, Azerbaijan is truly a second home.
Baku Ranks High as a Global Host
Minister Khawaja praised Baku’s success in managing the large-scale international event.
"Baku has really outdone itself when it comes to hosting the WTDC 25," she said.
Recalling a previous visit, she lauded the city's design, noting its "brilliantly planned" green areas, walkways, harbour, and historic Old City. She described Baku as a perfect depiction of its geographic location, a vital bridge connecting the East and the West.
