US State Department Political Advisor Allison Hooker visited the Alley of Martyrs and paid tribute to the victims, AzVision.az reports via U.S. embassy in Baku.
The statement says that the US honors the memory of all those who gave their lives defending their values and expresses its deepest condolences to the families and friends who lost loved ones as a result of the conflict.
