H.E. Professor Américo Muchanga, Minister of Communications and Digital Transformation of Mozambique, shares his insights on the recent global conference and advocates for learning from Azerbaijan's digital transformation journey.
"First and foremost, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Azerbaijan. From the moment we arrived, the people here have been incredibly welcoming and kind to us. We have been deeply impressed by the city, the culture, and the genuine sincerity of the people. It has been a truly wonderful experience for our delegation.
Regarding the conference itself, we are genuinely amazed by the high level of organisation. The 'WTDC-25' has been running flawlessly and perfectly. This is a testament to all the measures and organisational work undertaken by the Government of Azerbaijan. All the necessary conditions have been created for representatives from every participating country to work comfortably and hold productive discussions. Overall, everything is going very well.
"We believe that Azerbaijan’s path in digital transformation represents a very valuable experience. We are eager to learn from this expertise, and we strongly encourage many other countries at a similar stage of development to follow Azerbaijan's example and make further progress."
