Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed the condolences to his Turkish counterpart Receb Tayyib Erdogan on October 10, AzVision.az reports.
The letter reads:
“Dear Mr. President,
I was deeply saddened by the news of loss of life and injuries as a result of strong explosions in the capital of Turkey, Ankara” the letter said.
“On the occasion of this tragedy, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deep condolences to you, the families and loved ones of the dead and all the people of China, and wish the injured soonest recovery,” the letter said.
