Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov has received the ambassadors of Italy and Germany, Giampaolo Kutillo and Heidrun Tempel.
The military and political situation in the region, and ways of settling the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was discussed during the meeting.
Additionally, the issues of cooperation in the military, military and technical sphere, and in the sphere of military education were discussed.
The sides also considered the security issues.
