The State Security Service has released footage showing Fuad Gahramanli receiving money, AzVision.az reports.

The footage on a statement released today by the State Security Service on the criminal case against Ramiz Mehdiyev, Abbas Abbasov, Ali Karimli, and others includes footage of Fuad Gahramanli receiving money.
