Such conflicts are the result of the Armenian aggressive policy, which in reality are one of the facts revealing the essence of the war.
The Sarsang reservoir has been built with the money of Azerbaijan Republic and is designed to water the Karabakh lands only, Ecology and Natural Resources Minister Huseyn Bagirov has told journalists in Masalli, Gun.Az reports.
"On what grounds do the Armenians discharge the reservoir`s water in winter, not in summer? In rainy weather in winter, it causes flood in farms and refugee houses. New facts indicate that the Sarsang reservoir does not serve themselves, which is why it is not repaired, which makes it a source of danger."
The minister underlined that the Armenians don`t have the right to say "let`s manage the reservoir together as a neighbour country".
"Karabakh is not a country. It is a part of Azerbaijan. Armenians are exploiting its natural resources with the help of its sponsors. And companies of these sponsor countries eagerly participate in this pirate activity. It will ne ended one day," the minister added.
