James Warlick upbeat on meeting with Azerbaijani leader
US co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group believes in possibility of a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

“I am meeting with President of Azerbaijan Aliyev today to discuss next steps for a Nagorno-Karabakh settlement. Peace is possible,” Warlick wrote it on his micro blog on Twitter.

The US co-chair pointed to his upcoming meetings with leaders of the both states on thus micro blog a few days ago.

“I am returning to Azerbaijan and Armenia to meet both Presidents. Are they ready to take steps towards peace?” Warlick asked a question.

OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs arrived in Azerbaijan on 2 February.

The next stop of the co-chairs will be Armenia.
