`This budget was drafted on the eve of economic recession and fall in the world oil prices’, the member of the Azerbaijani parliament, chairman of the Council of State Support to NGOs under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Azay Guliyev told in the parliament while commenting on the drafted budget of 2016 ,AzVision.az reports.
He added , this budget carries a special importance for us:‘Comparative analysis of the budget has a very significant impact on all other related economic notions. Thus, we should consider our budget comparing it with the observations of other states. All citizens should be convinced the social oriented budget serves for the welfare of the nation and the economic development of our country. Economic development pace in Azerbaijan is six times higher than the average development temp in the CIS.
‘If we compare our budget within the framework of Caucasian economy , Azerbaijan’s state revenues is more than the state revenues for Georgia and Armenia altogether. Moreover Azerbaijan reduces its dependency on oil industry every passing day,’ he added.
