3250 people were brought to administrative responsibility for tax evasion and failure to fulfill official decisions in nine months of 2015, Minister of Justice Fikret Mammadov told at today`s session in the Ministry of Justice.
According to the minister, 1800 people were brought to administrative arrest, and criminal cases were instituted against 242 people.
"In addition, more than 4,000 debtors were prohibited to leave the country," the minister said.
