The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reacted promptly to this case.
During the investigation it came out that the guests were accompanied by some Vusal Aliyev who also organized their promenades, leisure time, training birds for hunting reasons and hunting itself. However, this person did not apply to the respective structures of the Ministry of Ecology for a legal license.
In this view, the officials of Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources worked out a protocol in relation to Vusal Aliyev and imposed on him a fine of AZN 18,500 in line with article 111.2 of the Code of Administrative Law Offenses for causing damage to nature and fauna of Azerbaijan in a demonstrative way, for ignoring the laws on protection of country`s nature and for the direct violation of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan `About fauna`.
