Azerbaijani Ambassador honored by British Community Honours Awards
Azerbaijani Ambassador to the UK Tahir Taghizade has been presented with a special honorary award by British Community Honours Awards (BCHA) at a ceremony held at the House of Lords, London.
Participants in the ceremony included co-chair of Anglo-Azerbaijani Society, member of House of Lords Lord German, Princess Catherine and representatives of different organizations.

Mr Taghizade received the award from Yasmin Sheikh, the founder of BCHA.

Community awards are presented by the BCHA to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the welfare and integration of minority communities into mainstream British society. BCHA works to raise awareness in both the mainstream and minority communities of the importance and benefit of social integration, and provide a forum for inter-community dialogue and cooperation.
