Club of intellectual games "Ateshgah", Intellectual Games Federation of Azerbaijan with financial support of Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as with the assistance of the Association of European Intellectual Club will hold an international intellectual festival dedicated to the Day of the State Flag of Azerbaijan Republic.

The festival will be held under the auspices of the Federation of Intellectual Games of Azerbaijan and the Association of European intellectual club in the city of Vilnius, Best Western Vilnius hotel on November 7-8, 2015.

The program of the festival contains tournaments of the "What? Where? When?"," Brain Ring and the national intellectual game "Hamsa".

Top-editor of the thematic issues of the package of "What? Where? When?" is the Azerbaijani expert Roman Orkodashvili.

The editorial team also includes Dmitry Borok (Samara, Russia), Leonid Klimovich (Gomel, Belarus), Alexander Korobeynikov (Moscow, Russia), Dmitry Bashuk (Kharkiv, Ukraine).

Known Belarusian expert and TV presenter Ales Mukhin will host the event.

According to the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Festival Ilkin Yetirmishli, the festival is held in order to familiarize the foreign experts with the cultural and historical heritage of the Azerbaijani people through intellectual games.

It should be noted that this is the fourth international intellectual festival dedicated to Azerbaijan.

The first festival was held in Riga (Latvia), gathering a lot of teams, not only from the former CIS countries, but also from Europe. The second festival was held last year in St. Petersburg and was highly appreciated by connoisseurs. The third festival was held in Minsk this year.
