Noting the increasing number of complaints regarding the numerous inspections in the field of entrepreneurship, the number of licenses and increasing number of abusing cases in the field of very institutions, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers on results of socioeconomic development in nine months of 2015 and the upcoming tasks that, such cases will be prevented and the responsible people will be punnished, AzVision.az reports.
It is planned to suspend the entrepreneurship inspection in Azerbaijan for two years from Nov.1, 2015.
It is envisaged in the draft law submitted by Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev to the country’s parliament in the order of legislative initiative, according to the report.
Moreover, the president’s decree on transferring the rights for issuing licenses for entrepreneurship activities from the Ministry of Economy and Industry to ASAN service will be published soon.
