Azerbaijan reduces export of alcoholic beverages
In January-September of this year, exports of alcoholic beverages was negative annual dynamics in Azerbaijan, State Customs Committee told.
For 9 months of 2015 exports of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the amount of 19 160.87 thousand USD, which is less by 5 675.54 thousand dollars, or 22.85% in comparison with the same period of last year.

During the first 9 months of this year, exports of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks amounted to 0.22% of the total exports.

The State Committee also reported that during the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including vinegar in a volume of 40 564.15 thousand dollars, which is 15 395.07 thousand dollars, or 27.51% less than the same period of 2014 year. The share of these products in total imports amounted to 0.62%.
