The Azerbaijani Parliament has today approved documents signed with several foreign countries.
These include the “Convention signed between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United States of America on improvement of compliance with international rules on the implementation of tax claims and implementation of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA),” the “Convention signed between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of San Marino on exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service passports,” and the “Convention signed between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of San Marino on elimination of double taxation on income and property taxes.”
